It ain’t easy being a woman in a male-dominated and often gender-divided professional kitchen. Our #ThinkLikeAChef campaign aimed to give women the confidence to celebrate the chef-like qualities they already possess. A perfect message to drive home on International Women’s Day.

With a theme of #PressForProgress, we set out to change the way the industry treats women - by simply questioning why we still hear the exclusionary phrase ‘female chef’. In this quick-n-dirty social push, we set out with a clear aim and an effective call to action: to give unhelpful labels the chop.
